Common use of Indemnity Inclusions Clause in Contracts

Indemnity Inclusions. For purposes of this Article 32, the term "Losses" means any and all losses, liabilities, damages, claims, judgments, fines, suits, demands, costs, interest and expenses of any kind or nature (including reasonable attorneys' fees and disbursements) incurred in connection with any claim, proceeding or judgment and the defense 34 40 thereof, and including all costs of repairing any damage to the Premises or the Building or the appurtenances of any of the foregoing to which a particular Indemnity and hold harmless agreement applies.
