INDEMNITY, LIABILITY AND INSURANCE. 7.1 The Company agrees that its breach of any of the terms of this Agreement may result in damage to Global Village and it hereby agrees to indemnify Global Village (including without limitation its personnel, contractors, consultants, representatives and agents) and hold it harmless from any and all claims, losses, expenses, costs, actions, demands or damage arising from its liability, negligence or omissions of the Company or its personnel when selling the Products.
