Common use of Indemnity Payment Clause in Contracts

Indemnity Payment. Any payment required pursuant to this Article VII shall be made promptly (and in any event no later than ten (10) Business Days following) (a) settlement of any claim in accordance with Section 7.4 or (b) upon entry by a court of competent jurisdiction of a final and non-appealable judgment or order or judgment or order not timely appealed.

Indemnity Payment. Any payment required pursuant to this Article VII shall be made promptly (and in any event no later than ten (10) Business Days followingDays) following (a) settlement of any claim in accordance with Section 7.4 or (b) upon entry by a court of competent jurisdiction of a final and non-appealable judgment or order or judgment or order not timely appealedappealed by wire transfer of immediately available funds to such account designated by the Indemnitee in writing at least three (3) Business Days prior to the expiry of such 10-day period.
