Common use of Indemnity separate Clause in Contracts

Indemnity separate. The indemnities in this Clause 20 and in Clause 14 constitute separate and independent obligations from the other obligations in this Trust Deed, shall give rise to a separate and independent cause of action, shall apply irrespective of any indulgence granted by the Trustee and/or any Noteholder and shall continue in full force and effect despite any judgment, order, claim or proof for a liquidated amount in respect of any sum due under this Trust Deed and the Notes or any other judgment or order.

Indemnity separate. The indemnities in this Clause 20 15 and in Clause 14 8.4 constitute separate and independent obligations from the other obligations in this Trust Deed, shall will give rise to a separate and independent cause of action, shall will apply irrespective of any indulgence granted by the Trustee and/or any Noteholder and shall will continue in full force and effect despite any judgment, order, claim or proof for a liquidated amount in respect of any sum due under this Trust Deed and and/or the Notes or any other judgment or order.

Indemnity separate. The indemnities in this Clause 20 18 and in Clause 14 11.6 constitute separate and independent obligations from the other obligations in this Trust Deed, shall will give rise to a separate and independent cause of action, shall will apply irrespective of any indulgence granted by the Trustee and/or any Noteholder and shall will continue in full force and effect despite any judgment, order, claim or proof for a liquidated amount in respect of any sum due under this Trust Deed and Deed, the Notes or any other judgment or order.

The indemnities in this Clause 20 and in Clause 14 12.5 constitute separate and independent obligations from the other obligations in this Trust Deed, shall will give rise to a separate and independent cause of action, shall will apply irrespective of any indulgence granted by the Trustee and/or any Noteholder and shall will continue in full force and effect despite any judgment, order, claim or proof for a liquidated amount in respect of any sum due under this Trust Deed and and/or the Notes or any other judgment or order.

The indemnities in this Clause 20 18 and in Clause 14 10.5 constitute separate and independent obligations from the other obligations in this Trust Deed, shall will give rise to a separate and independent cause of action, shall will apply irrespective of any indulgence granted by the Trustee and/or any Noteholder and shall will continue in full force and effect despite any judgment, order, claim or proof for a liquidated amount in respect of any sum due under this Trust Deed and and/or the Subordinated Notes or any other judgment or order.

The indemnities in this Clause 20 15 and in Clause 14 8.4 constitute separate and independent obligations from the other obligations in this Trust Deed, shall will give rise to a separate and independent cause of action, shall will apply irrespective of any indulgence granted by the Trustee and/or any Noteholder Bondholder and shall will continue in full force and effect despite any judgment, order, claim or proof for a liquidated amount in respect of any sum due under this Trust Deed and and/or the Notes Bonds or any other judgment or order.

The indemnities in this Clause 20 19 and in Clause 14 11.4 constitute separate and independent obligations from the other obligations in this Trust Deed, shall give rise to a separate and independent cause of action, shall apply irrespective of any indulgence granted by the Trustee and/or any Noteholder ECN Holder or Couponholder and shall continue in full force and effect despite any judgment, order, claim or proof for a liquidated amount in respect of any sum due under this Trust Deed and Deed, the Notes ECNs and/or the Coupons or any other judgment or order.

The indemnities in this Clause 20 18 and in Clause 14 10.4 constitute separate and independent obligations from the other obligations in this Trust Deed, shall will give rise to a separate and independent cause of action, shall will apply irrespective of any indulgence granted by the Trustee and/or any Noteholder and shall will continue in full force and effect despite any judgment, order, claim or proof for a liquidated amount in respect of any sum due under this Trust Deed and and/or the Notes or any other judgment or order.

The indemnities in this Clause 20 17 and in sub-Clause 14 9.4 constitute separate and independent obligations from the other obligations in this Trust Deed, shall give rise to a separate and independent cause of action, shall apply irrespective of any indulgence granted by the Trustee and/or any Noteholder or Couponholder and shall continue in full force and effect despite any judgment, order, claim or proof for a liquidated amount in respect of any sum due under this Trust Deed and Deed, the Notes and/or the Coupons or any other judgment or order.

The indemnities in this Clause 20 19 and in Clause 14 10.9 constitute separate and independent obligations from the other obligations in this Trust Deed, shall will give rise to a separate and independent cause of action, shall will apply irrespective of any indulgence granted by the Trustee and/or any Noteholder Bondholder and shall will continue in full force and effect despite any judgment, order, claim or proof for a liquidated amount in respect of any sum due under this Trust Deed and and/or the Notes Bonds or any other judgment or order.

Indemnity separate. The indemnities in this Clause 20 17 and in Clause 14 9.4 constitute separate and independent obligations from the other obligations in this the Trust Deed, shall give rise to a separate and independent cause of action, shall apply irrespective of any indulgence granted by the Trustee and/or any Noteholder Noteholder, holder of Receipts or Couponholder or other Secured Party and shall continue in full force and effect despite any judgment, order, claim or proof for a liquidated amount in respect of any sum due under this the Trust Deed and the Notes any other Transaction Agreement or any other judgment or order.

The indemnities in this Clause 20 15 (Currency Indemnity) and in Clause 14 8.4 (Indemnity) constitute separate and independent obligations from the other obligations in this Trust Deed, shall will give rise to a separate and independent cause of action, shall will apply irrespective of any indulgence granted by the Trustee and/or any Noteholder and shall will continue in full force and effect despite any judgment, order, claim or proof for a liquidated amount in respect of any sum due under this Trust Deed and the Notes or any other judgment or order.
