Common use of Indemnity separate Clause in Contracts

Indemnity separate. The indemnities in this Clause 1817 and in Clause 9.48.4 constitute separate and independent obligations from the other obligations in this Trust Deed, shall give rise to a separate and independent cause of action, shall apply irrespective of any indulgence granted by the Trustee and/or any Noteholder or Couponholder and shall continue in full force and effect despite any judgment, order, claim or proof for a liquidated amount in respect of any sum due under this Trust Deed, the Notes, the Receipts and/or the Coupons or any other judgment or order.

The indemnities in this Clause 1817 15 and in Clause 9.48.4 7.4 constitute separate and independent obligations from the other obligations in this Trust Deed, shall will give rise to a separate and independent cause of action, shall will apply irrespective of any indulgence granted by the Trustee and/or any Noteholder or Couponholder and shall will continue in full force and effect despite any judgment, order, claim or proof for a liquidated amount in respect of any sum due under this Trust Deed, the Notes, the Receipts Notes and/or the Coupons or any other judgment or order.

The indemnities in this Clause 1817 16.4 and in Clause 9.48.4 8.4 (Indemnity) constitute separate and independent obligations from the other obligations in this Trust Deed, shall give rise to a separate and independent cause of action, shall apply irrespective of any indulgence granted by the Trustee and/or any Noteholder or Couponholder and shall continue in full force and effect despite any judgment, order, claim or proof for a liquidated amount in respect of any sum due under this Trust Deed, Deed and the Notes, the Receipts and/or the Coupons Notes or any other judgment or order.

The indemnities in this Clause 1817 and in Clause 9.48.4 15 (Currency Indemnity) constitute separate and independent obligations from the other obligations in this Trust Deed, shall give rise to a separate and independent cause of action, shall apply irrespective of any indulgence granted by the Trustee and/or any Noteholder or Couponholder and shall continue in full force and effect despite any judgment, order, claim or proof for a liquidated amount in respect of any sum due under this Trust Deed, the Notes, the Receipts and/or the Coupons or any other judgment or order.
