Common use of Indenture Accounts Clause in Contracts

Indenture Accounts. The Administrator, on behalf and at the direction of the Issuer, will establish with the Indenture Trustee on or before the Closing Date and maintain all of the following accounts: (i) a collections account (the “ Collections Account ”), (ii) a railcar replacement account (the “ Mandatory Replacement Account ”), (iii) an optional reinvestment account (the “ Optional Reinvestment Account ”), (iv) an expense account (the “ Expense Account ”), (v) a liquidity reserve account (the “ Liquidity Reserve Account ”), and (vi) for the purpose of facilitating the Indenture Trustee’s payments to the Noteholders from funds available therefor, the Equipment Note Account. From time to time thereafter, the Administrator, on behalf and at the direction of the Issuer, will establish with the Indenture Trustee such other Indenture Accounts as may be authorized or required by this Indenture and the other Operative Agreements.
