Common use of Indenture and First Lien Credit Documents Clause in Contracts

Indenture and First Lien Credit Documents. In addition to the foregoing rights, in acting hereunder and by virtue of this Agreement, the Collateral Agent shall have all of the rights, protections and immunities granted to it under the Indenture and in any First Lien Credit Document, all of which are incorporated by reference herein.
