Indenture and Security Agreement Supplement for Replacements. In the event of the substitution of a Replacement Airframe or a Replacement Engine as contemplated by Section 10.03 or Article 11 of the Lease, the Owner Trustee and the Indenture Trustee agree for the benefit of the Holders and the Lessee, subject to fulfillment of the conditions precedent and compliance by the Lessee with its obligations set forth in Section 10.03 or Article 11 of the Lease, to execute and deliver an Indenture and Security Agreement Supplement as contemplated by Section 9.08(3) hereof and, provided no Event of Default shall have occurred and be continuing, execute and deliver to the Lessee an appropriate instrument releasing the Airframe or Engine being replaced from the Lien of this Indenture.
