Common use of Indenture and Supplemental Indentures Clause in Contracts

Indenture and Supplemental Indentures. To the best of such Credit Party’s knowledge, the Indenture and the Supplemental Indentures are in full force and effect. To the best of such Credit Party’s knowledge, no provision of either Supplemental Indenture is in violation or contravention of any provision of the Indenture (except as consented to by the Bondholders for the Bonds, as required by the Indenture) or would constitute a “Default” or “Event of Default” (as such terms are defined in the Indenture) under the Indenture.
