Indenture Confirmed Clause Samples
Indenture Confirmed. This First Supplemental Indenture shall be construed as supplemental to the Indenture and shall form a part of it, and the Indenture is hereby incorporated by reference herein, and each is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
Indenture Confirmed. In all respects not inconsistent with the terms and provisions of this First Supplemental Indenture, the Original Indenture as hereby supplemented, is approved and confirmed.
Indenture Confirmed. The Indenture, except as herein amended, supplemented or modified, is in all respects ratified and confirmed by this Fifth Supplemental Indenture, and the provisions of this Fifth Supplemental Indenture shall be deemed to be a part of the Indenture.
