Common use of Indenture Controls Clause in Contracts

Indenture Controls. All terms, covenants, conditions, provisions and requirements of the Indenture are incorporated by reference in this Security Agreement. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of this Security Agreement and those of the Indenture, including any conflicts or inconsistencies in any definitions herein or therein, except to the extent that new definitions are set forth herein for such terms, the provisions or definitions of the Indenture shall govern.
