Indenture Covenants. Each of the covenants conferred in the Indenture applicable to the Company and its Restricted Subsidiaries are incorporated herein by reference. The Company covenants and agrees that, until the Loan and the Notes and all other amounts due under this Agreement have been indefeasibly paid in full it shall perform all covenants applied to it or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries which are contained in the Indenture.
