Indenture for Benefit of Company, Noteholders, Loan Trustee, Other Indenture Indemnitees and Related Indenture Indemnitees. Nothing in this Indenture, whether express or implied, shall be construed to give any Person other than the Company, the Noteholders, the Loan Trustee, the other Indenture Indemnitees, the Related Loan Trustees and the Related Indenture Indemnitees any legal or equitable right, remedy or claim under or in respect of this Indenture, except that the Persons referred to in the second to last full paragraph of Section 7.02(a) shall be third party beneficiaries of such paragraph.
