Common use of Indenture Supplement Clause in Contracts

Indenture Supplement. On the Closing Date, the Issuer or the Transferor will deposit or cause to be deposited in the Reserve Account an amount equal to the Required Reserve Account Amount (determined after giving effect to the issuance of Series 2012-3 Notes on the Closing Date).
