Common use of Indenture Supplements for Replacements Clause in Contracts

Indenture Supplements for Replacements. If a Replacement Airframe or Replacement Engine is being substituted as contemplated by Section 5.06, Owner and the Indenture Trustee agree for the benefit of the Note Holders and Owner, subject to fulfillment of the conditions precedent and compliance by Owner with the requirements of Section 5.06 with respect to such Replacement Airframe or Replacement Engine, to execute and deliver an Indenture Supplement.
