Common use of Indenture Trustee as Paying Agent, Note Registrar and Securities Intermediary Clause in Contracts

Indenture Trustee as Paying Agent, Note Registrar and Securities Intermediary. The rights, protections, indemnities and standard of care of the Indenture Trustee set forth in this Article VI shall apply to Citibank, N.A. in its capacities as Paying Agent, Note Registrar and Securities Intermediary to the same extent as they apply to the Indenture Trustee.
