Indenture Trustee May Own Notes. Subject to compliance with subsection (a)(4)(i) of Rule 3a-7 under the Investment Company Act of 1940, the Indenture Trustee in its individual or any other capacity may become the owner or pledgee of Notes with the same rights it would have if it were not the Indenture Trustee.
