Common use of Indenture Trustee Protected Clause in Contracts

Indenture Trustee Protected. If in the opinion of the --------------------------- Indenture Trustee any document required to be executed pursuant to the terms of Section 9.1 adversely affects any right, duty, immunity or indemnity in favor of the Indenture Trustee under this Indenture, the Participation Agreement or the Lease, the Indenture Trustee may in its discretion decline to execute such document.
