The Indenture Trustee shall not be responsible for and makes no representation as to the validity or adequacy of any Transaction Document, including this Indenture or the Notes, it shall not be accountable for the Issuing Entity’s use of the proceeds from the Notes, it shall not have any responsibility to monitor or cause the Issuing Entity to comply with Regulation RR and it shall not be responsible for any statement of the Issuing Entity or the Grantor Trust in the Indenture or in any document issued in connection with the sale of the Notes or in the Notes other than the Indenture Trustee’s certificate of authentication.
