Common use of Indenture Trustee's Liens Clause in Contracts

Indenture Trustee's Liens. The Indenture Trustee, in its individual capacity, further represents, warrants and covenants that there are no Indenture Trustee's Liens attributable to it in its individual capacity and that there will not be any Indenture Trustee's Liens as at and following the Delivery Date, the Aircraft. The Indenture Trustee, in its individual capacity, covenants and agrees that it will at its own expense take such action as may be necessary to duly discharge and satisfy in full, promptly, and in any event within 30 days, after the same shall first become known to it, any Indenture Trustee's Liens.
