Common use of Indenture Trustee's Liens Clause in Contracts

Indenture Trustee's Liens. Any Lien on the Trust Indenture Estate resulting from (i) claims against the Indenture Trustee not related to the administration of the Trust Indenture Estate or any transactions pursuant to the Indenture or any document included in the Trust Indenture Estate, (ii) any act or omission of the Indenture Trustee which is not related to the transactions contemplated by the Operative Agreements or is in violation of any of the terms of the Operative Agreements or (iii) Taxes imposed against the Indenture Trustee in its individual capacity in respect of which the Lessee has not indemnified (and is not obligated to indemnify) the Indenture Trustee in such capacity.
