Indenture Trustee's Liens. Any Lien on the Trust Indenture Estate resulting from (i) claims against the Indenture Trustee not related to the administration of the Trust Indenture Estate or any transactions pursuant to the Indenture or any document included in the Trust Indenture Estate or (ii) any act or omission of the Indenture Trustee which is not related to the transactions contemplated by the Operative Agreements or is in violation of any of the terms of the Operative Agreements.
