Indentures. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement: (i) any terms, transactions or events permitted by the Indenture Excerpt and (ii) save as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, any other terms or transactions or events permitted by the Indentures shall be deemed to be permitted by this Agreement
