Common use of Indentures Clause in Contracts

Indentures. Purchaser and Series F Purchaser shall comply with the covenants contained in the Series G Indenture and the Series F Indenture, respectively, as in effect on the date of this Agreement and will promptly notify Seller of a default or an Event of Default (as defined in the Series G Indenture and the Series F Indenture, as applicable) or event that with the passage of time would result in a default or an Event of Default.

Indentures.
