Independence of Environmental Consultants. To the knowledge of the Company, none of the environmental consultants which prepared environmental and asbestos inspection reports with respect to any of the Properties was employed for such purpose on a contingent basis or has any substantial interest in the Company or any of its subsidiaries, and none of them nor any of their trustees, directors, officers or employees is connected with the Company or any of the subsidiaries as a promoter, selling agent, voting trustee, director, officer or employee
