Common use of Independence of Parties Clause in Contracts

Independence of Parties. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as creating a partnership or joint venture between the parties or making Distributor an agent or employee of MBI. In all of its operations hereunder, Distributor shall be an independent contractor, shall conduct its business at its own cost and expense, and shall have no authority to make any representation or warranty on behalf of MBI.
