Common use of Independence of the Firm Clause in Contracts

Independence of the Firm. The Firm will be the exclusive provider of Legal Services to Clients under this Agreement and the Firm shall have complete and absolute control over the methods by which the Practice of Law is conducted by the Firm. All matters involving the internal management, control, or finances of the Firm shall remain the sole responsibility of the Firm and its shareholders, and the Default Specialist shall have no authority whatsoever over the Firm as it relates to its Practice of Law.
