Independent Advice Recommended. The Contractor acknowledges and declares that prior to the date of this Agreement, VicForests recommended that the Contractor obtain independent financial and legal advice with respect to the prudence or otherwise of entering into this Agreement and the force and effect of the terms of this Agreement and the advantages and/or disadvantages of entering into this Agreement.
