Independent Application. Except as otherwise provided herein, all subsections of this Section 4 are intended to operate independently of one another (but without duplication). If any single transaction would require adjustment of the Exercise Price pursuant to more than one subsection of this Section 4, only one adjustment shall be made and such adjustment shall be the amount of adjustment which has the highest absolute value.
