Common use of Independent Covenants Clause in Contracts

Independent Covenants. All of the covenants in this Article 7 shall be construed as an agreement independent of any other provision in this Agreement, and the existence of any claim or cause of action of the Executive against the Company or any of its Affiliates, whether predicated on this Agreement or otherwise, shall not constitute a defense to the enforcement by the Company of such covenants.

Independent Covenants. All of The Company and the Executive agree that the covenants contained in this Article 7 Section 8 shall each be construed as an a separate agreement independent of any of the other provision in terms and conditions of this Agreement, and the existence of any claim or cause of action of by the Executive against the Company or any of its AffiliatesCompany, whether predicated on this Agreement or otherwise, shall not constitute a defense by the Executive to the Company’s enforcement by of any of the Company covenants of such covenantsthis Section 8.

All covenants contained in Section 6 of the covenants in this Article 7 Agreement shall be construed as an agreement agreements independent of any other provision in of this Agreement, and the existence of any claim or cause of action of the Executive by Employee against the Company or any of its AffiliatesEmployer, whether predicated on this Agreement or otherwise, shall not constitute a defense to the enforcement by the Company of such covenants.

All of the covenants in this Article 7 Paragraph 3 shall be construed as an agreement independent of any other provision in this Agreement, Agreement and the existence of any claim or cause of action of the Executive Employee against the Company or any of its Affiliatesaffiliates, whether predicated on in this Agreement or otherwise, shall not constitute a defense to the enforcement by the Company of such covenants.

Independent Covenants.
