Independent Financial and Compliance Review. The Department reserves the right to conduct an independent financial and compliance review of the Contractor Agency if the Contractor fails to secure a Single Audit covering all Department funds. In the event that the Contractor fails to secure a Single Audit, Department costs for completing a financial and compliance review will be charged back to the Contractor.
