Common use of Independent Insurance Coverage Clause in Contracts

Independent Insurance Coverage. The Parties shall cause Company to obtain and to maintain property damage, product liability, public liability and other liability, casualty, and general insurance for Company’s Business, as deemed adequate for the proper conduct of Company’s Business in the Territory. In the event that insurance is provided by means of an amendment or rider to existing insurance maintained by any of the Parties, then the cost thereof, to the extent that the basic insurance cost of such party is thereby increased, shall be borne by and paid for by Company.
