Common use of Independent Lenders and Issuing Bank Clause in Contracts

Independent Lenders and Issuing Bank. The Lenders and the Issuing Bank each acknowledge that they have decided to enter into this Agreement and to make the Loans or issue the Letters of Credit hereunder based on their own analysis of the transactions contemplated hereby and of the creditworthiness of the Loan Parties and agrees that the Agents shall bear no responsibility therefor.
