Independent Obligations Evidenced by Other Operative Documents. NAI acknowledges and agrees that nothing contained in this Lease will limit, modify or otherwise affect any of NAI’s obligations under the other Operative Documents, which obligations are intended to be separate, independent and in addition to, and not in lieu of, the obligations set forth herein. Further, in the event of any inconsistency between the express terms and provisions of the Purchase Agreement and the express terms and provisions of this Lease, the express terms and provisions of the Purchase Agreement will control.
