Independent Obligations; No Offset. The obligations of Tenant to pay Rent and to perform the other undertakings of Tenant hereunder constitute independent unconditional obligations to be performed at the times specified hereunder, regardless of any breach or default by Landlord hereunder. Tenant shall have no right, and Tenant hereby waives and relinquishes all rights which Tenant might otherwise have, to claim any nature of lien against the Complex or to withhold, deduct from or offset against any Rent or other sums to be paid to Landlord by Tenant.
