Independent Power. Each of the Collateral Agent and the Delegate Collateral Agent alone, in their respective capacities, to the exclusion of the Secured Creditors, shall have power to enforce or have recourse to the Transaction Security and to exercise its rights and powers pursuant to the Credit Documents.
