Independent Public Accountant Review. Upon the consummation of the initial purchase of Loans hereunder, and on any subsequent dates specified by the Department (but not more often than monthly), the Seller shall deliver an agreed upon procedures letter by an independent public accountant with respect to the Loans proposed to be sold on such Purchase Date, in form acceptable to the Department.
