Independent Purchaser and Seller. Neither party shall be considered an agent or legal representative of the other party for any purpose, and neither party nor any director, officer, agent or employee thereof shall be, or be considered, an agent or employee of the other party. Neither party is granted nor shall exercise the right or authority to assume or create any obligation or responsibility, including without limitation contractual obligations and obligations based on warranties or guarantees, on behalf of or in the name of the other party.
