Independent Right of Each Purchaser to Instruct Collateral Agent. The right of each Purchaser to instruct the Collateral Agent is the separate and individual property of such Purchaser and may be exercised as such Purchaser sees fit in its sole discretion and with no liability to any other such Purchaser for the exercise or non-exercise thereof. Without limiting the foregoing, the Required Holders shall not be liable under any circumstances to any other Purchaser for any action taken or omitted to be taken hereunder by the Collateral Agent upon written instructions from the Required Holders.
