Independent Status of Bay Xxxxx Community College. The College Board is an authorizing body as defined by the Code. In approving this Contract, the College Board voluntarily exercises additional powers given to the College Board under the Code. Nothing in this Contract shall be deemed to be any waiver of the College Board’s autonomy or powers and the Academy shall not be deemed to be a part of the College Board or the College.
