Common use of Index-Based Changes Clause in Contracts

Index-Based Changes. All fees set forth in this Agreement shall be increased on July 1 of each year of the Term, by a percentage equal to the greater of zero or the positive change in the CPI-U (All Urban Consumers), as reported by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics.
