Index Based Rate Increases Sample Clauses
Index Based Rate Increases. All fees set forth in this Agreement shall be increased on July 1 of each year of the Term, by a percentage equal to the greater of zero or the positive change in the CPI-U (All Urban Consumers), as reported by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics.
Index Based Rate Increases. The Trucking Rate and the Tank Usage Rate shall be increased on July 1 of each year of the Term, beginning on July 1, 2011, by a percentage equal to the greater of zero or the positive change in the CPI-U (All Urban Consumers), as reported by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics.
