Common use of Indexation of Fixed Charges and Consumption Charges Clause in Contracts

Indexation of Fixed Charges and Consumption Charges. Where the relevant Charges are not Regulated Charges, as and from each 1 July, the Consumption Charges and the Fixed Charges shall be increased by the proportion by which the Index Number last published for the period immediately prior to the relevant 1 April has increased, over the Index Number published for the relevant period immediately prior to the preceding 1 April.
