Indexed Linked Interest Notes. In the case of Index Linked Notes where the rate of interest is to be determined by reference to the Index and or the Formula, the rate of interest shall be determined in accordance with the Index and/or the Formula and in the manner specified in the applicable Final Terms. The date on which the interest rate is to be determined (the “Interest Determination Date”) shall be as set forth in the applicable Final Terms.
