Common use of Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission Clause in Contracts

Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission. This Agreement is entered into by the Utility and Developer in conformity with and subject to the rules and regulations of the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission and the Utility's Rules, Regulations and Conditions of Service on file with and approved by such Commission. In the event of any conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the rules and regulations of such Commission and the Utility's Rules, Regulations and Conditions of Service, the rules and regulations of such Commission and the Utility's Rules, Regulations and Conditions of Service shall control and shall supersede any inconsistent terms herein.

The respective obligations of each of the Parties hereunder shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations.
