INDIRECT, SPECIAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, each of the Customer and Custodian hereby agree that in no event shall the Custodian be liable for indirect, special or consequential damages, or for any damages of a similar nature.
