INDIRECT TAXES AND. LEVIES The Allottee shall be liable to pay all levies, charges, cess, Indirect Taxes, assignments of any nature whatsoever(present or future) in respect of the Unit or otherwise shall be solely and exclusively borne and paid by the Allottee. All Direct Taxes in respect of Profit(if any) earned from the development and sale to the Allottee shall be borne by the Promoter.
