Indirect Traffic Terminating to Carrier. Each rate element utilized in completing a call shall be charged for completion of that call. Rate elements charged to Sprint for terminating Indirect Traffic are (1) End Office Switching as set forth in Attachment I and (2) any applicable Common Transport charge as set forth in Attachment I. However, indirect interconnection with Sprint shall only be allowed to the extent Carrier is interconnected at the tandem where Sprint’s End Office subtends.
