Individual 3-Year Commitment. No Syndication Party shall be permitted to make a Bid Advance under the 3-Year Facility which, when added to its aggregate Individual Outstanding 3-Year Obligations, would exceed such Syndication Party’s Individual 3-Year Commitment.
