Individual Account Termination. If Contributions have not been made for a period of two full years and the guaranteed monthly benefit under the Annuity options would be less than $20 per month, then we may terminate an Individual Account by payment of the Individual Account value. Before we do this, we notify the Contract Holder or Participant, as applicable, 90 calendar days in advance.
